Why I'm a Good Bet
This isn't only about what I want to do; it’s informed by what I’ve done.
Plenty of people want to buy a business. Fewer are prepared to run one.
I’ve spent my career in the trenches of strategy, M&A, operations, and transformation—often on behalf of private equity firms, boards, and CEOs navigating real pressure. I’ve led teams and built durable systems and processes that moved the needle. I know what it means to take responsibility, to work toward long-term goals, and to lead through both growth and constraint.
More recently, I stepped outside the corporate structure to work independently with founders, operators, and investors—helping them close deals, solve problems, and position their businesses for what’s next. That work has been energizing. But I’m ready to go deeper. I want the full weight of ownership.
I’ve designed this search around a model that fits me: a hands-on operator who isn’t afraid of the details, but sees the big picture clearly. I’m not here to try this. I’m here to do this—with the skills, the relationships, and the conviction to lead a company forward.
Yes, I’m raising capital. But more than that, I’m asking people to bet on my judgment, discipline, and ability to build. That’s a bet I’ve made on myself—and I’m all in.
